As regular readers of Junior will know, Stella McCartney’s recent collaboration with GapKids has been a great success. So much so that a second collection has been announced for Spring 2010

Stella told Junior that her children’s ranges are designed “ to find a balance in the wardrobe, to give a child everything they need. I don’t want someone to have to go somewhere else to get their kids’ clothes.” And now they don’t have to . . .

Gap have announced that the new collection is planned for March, so the sell-out Miller jacket won’t be making a comeback, but we predict more of the pretty mesh tutus and funky T-shirt designs.

Marka Hansen, President of Gap brands, said of the continued collaboration: “The combination of Stella’s unique aesthetic and our brand’s quality and store experience has resonated with our customers around the world. We’re thrilled to be working with Stella on a Spring collection.”
