Anne Kurris featured in upcoming exhibition

The children’s designer Anne Kurris is to be featured in a major exhibition about how paper has been used in fashion in various cultures and historical periods. Unveiled - Camille Roman for Little Fashion Gallery

Here, as promised, is the full collection of ‘Le Tour de Force’ headpieces designed exclusively for Little Fashion Gallery by avant-garde milliner Camille Roman. Highlights from the Autumn/Winter press days

















Every season the Junior team preview the forthcoming seasons looks at what’s called a press day. The Junior team love press days, as there is lots of yummy food, lovely goody bags and most excitingly fashion! Every week we will be selecting the best of all the forthcoming Autumn/Winter press shows. Highlights this week saw Gant present their athletic offerings, focal points included equestrian style trousers and tweed tailored jackets. Hackett introduced preppy boys’ wear with a Scottish highland twist, tartan trousers and school boy blazers looked dapper. Tommy Hilfiger jazzed it up with sparkles and sequins for girls and James Bond for boys, a new print tee range by Junk Food was graphic and fun.

Sad day for childrens wear

The rumours that Oilily was going bankrupt were yesterday confirmed true by Amsterdam Fashion Week. It's been reported that staff at the Dutch brand have not been paid for the last two months. There was more sad news this week as Missoni announced that it was discontinuing its childrens wear line

Cartier’s new book and advertising campaign, shot by the legendary photographer Bruce Webber, aptly titled ‘A Love Letter to Cartier’, has used a series of child models to sport the luxury brands jewellery.

Rob Ryan 4 Earnest Sewn











Luxury denim label Earnest Sewn and artist Rob Ryan are joining forces for a decorative collaboration

With his signature, elaborated paper-cut pieces, Rob Ryan has already worked with the likes of Paul Smith, Liberty and Fortnum and Mason.

Earnest Sewn (www.earnestsewn.com), are such a huge fan of Ryan's work that they have him to create two installations, one in New York and one in London.

In the Big Apple he is set to replicate his East London shop, Ryantown, in Earnest Sewn's store in NYC. As well as stocking his own creations, the store will also stock exclusive collaborations between the brand and the artist.

These include a limited edition of fantastically intricate printed t-shirt's, an all-American inspired bandana, beautifully decorative customised teddy bears and a charming hand embroidered cushion.

They now be exclusively available to buy in the original Ryantown, in London.
